Excellent customer service
I have received such excellent service from Mpho Madikgetla from Identity Maponya Mall... She has gone way BEYOND the call of duty to assist with clothing choices and sizes. All done with a smile and making me feel like I am the only customer. I wish more people can learn from such wonderful service. From now I am making Identity Maponya Mall my store of choice... Thank you Mpho, you are really an asset to the store.
