Been trying since February to return an online purchase that was delivered to the store at Zevenwacht Mall. Account holder is an elderly and not well. We were 1st told by Zevenwacht branch to bring the necessary documents and when we went there again Zane told us that the account holder MUST be present. He also told me that if not collected after two weeks, stock are returned. When I told him it's been almost two months, he swallowed his tongue. How many times do you want us to drive up and down? Now you are demanding payment for stuff that is still in your posesion!!!!
