Dont open an online account with Identity - Their service is pathetic & 4 weeks later I still cant purchase online

I opened an Identity account online, collected my vouchers instore and verified my details as well. I have been trying to shop online since the 4 February 2022 but I keep getting a message that my online purchase was not successful. I have been going back and forth with the customer service department and they cannot solve the issue. They are unable to tell me what the problem is. Please do not bother opening an account online with Identity. Their service sucks!!!! I will not be shopping there and I will close the account. I shop with their sister company Truworths for over 15 years with no issues. Pathetic service from Identity!!
