Dont care attitude

I was involved in an accident last week and had to sort out my car, so I missed my monthly premium but explained my problem to one of the consultants who called me yesterday and the unfortunate part I still received an call from Identity asking me when am I paying the account my question to the second lady who called me was I explained my issues to a lady who called me this morning so how does your system work. its not like i am running away it is just that this month i had a serious problem which is beyond my control. i ddnt choose to be involved in an accident. Then she tells me its their dialler, the system will keep on making them call me time and again and she also promised to call me on saturday but my situation its not going to change in a blink of an eye. The very same information i provided them with is still the same. I am sorting out my car. Soit cleary shows the only thing they care about is our money. I pay my account every month even if some month its not the whole premium but I ensure it gets paid so i dont understand why they are harrasing me.
