Done with you Identity
I have been shopping with Identity and Truworths for years. I pay my account on time and have never returned items late. I know there is a policy of returning items within 30 days and I respect that however I know that policies are amended and I felt that even though I passed the 30 days they could have taken my history as a customer in consideration. It was confirmed that when you lay bye you allowed to cancel even in the third month. I was also allowed to take another item in the store but yet you not accepting the return. I am definitely done with you Identity. Service is only good as long as I am spending.
