Does Identity have any managers????
Everytime I get to Identity (Lichtenburg) to pay my account there is a que of people waiting to be assisted and only 1 cashier. The second cashier is always sitting at the till doing admin, telling you that you will be helped soon. When I went to pay my account last week, I stood there for how long beacause of the person being helped is exchanging items. I actually put down the stuff I wanted to buy and walked out (without paying my account) I went back the Monday, same story. I had 3 calls from the call centre telling me I am going to have a bad record, everytime I explain it to them and ask for a manager to phone me back? And still no call from the manager. So thanks to Identity's poor service, I will be seen as a bad payer. Identity is pathetic to say the least. This store has been opened for not even a year yet, maybe the should close down.
