do your banking at your own time
My wife gets there at opening, which seems they have cheap watches as well, then gets told she must still wait outside while they do there banking! The worst is there attitude,is it because shes white lady with two small children and that's how we treat the people that pay there salaries and keeps the store open.To the CEO of this company or the holding group ,maybe come of the high pedestal and see what the staff are doing ,because clearly they are chasing customers away.

This is the last time i will buy from this shop or any other branch of this company

Jorge

07 Dec 2015, 14:27Hello redbullsa1969,
Thank you for your post.
The Store Manager of the relevant store informed us that they usually do their banking before the store opens. On the day that your wife was at the store, the fidelity vehicle arrived late and therefore for security reasons, the store closed for a maximum of five minutes.
This being said, our staff are trained to always treat customers in a professional and respectful manner at all times. The Store Manager will address this with the staff concerned.
We believe that the manager has been in contact with you to apologize for your wife's experience. She will further take this as an opportunity to remind staff on the importance of upholding our high service standards at all times.
We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and trust that we have adequately attended to this matter for you.
Should you have any further comments or suggestions please feel free to contact us on *** or via email ***.
Yours sincerely,
Lynn
