Dissapointing Sevice from Management

This retail store has been my preference for years, however following to my recent experience with the store manager ( Durban Workhop Branch) I was left with extreme disappointment. I had to wait in a queue for a while staff was busy running around and screaming for a manager. I eventually had to get out of the queue to try find the manager myself as I was getting late for my next appointment. finally when I found her she casually walked out of the office and asked why was I shouting?

there was no empathy, acknowledgement and ownership what so ever, I felt like she wasn't there to provide a service but more like she was doing me a favor.

I am extremely disappointed on she handled the whole scenario. suggestion please take your management teams for short customer care training to improve customer at experience in your shops.
