Disrespected by an Identity consultanted
<p>I answered my phone, the agent took time to say Hello and ask to talk to me, I asked where he is calling from he mentioned Identity client sevices, I asked him what the date was he said 25th then i said ok "you'll get your money on the first" he the consultant then told me the amount due i responded very calm and said i know that , the agent then said "Oh God ok bye" the tonner and his manner was very rude and i do not appreciate such treatment from identities consultants.... Do something with your agents they need proper training before talking to us the customers, we know we owe and have out standing amounts to pay however this does not mean that we should be ill treated by these people. </p>
