DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM WONDERPARK MALL IN PTA/BAD
On Monday 2 February 2015 i visited identity shop at Wonderboom and noticed there is a sale instore, then the next day on 3 February I came back to the store to exchange some of the item that i bought later in January on cash , which was still under 30 days policy return.the shop assistant told me it wont be possible for me to exchange the item and buy one that was on sale which was half price from the original one i purchased earlier, however they were able to refund me back the money. Then i requested the lady to reserve the item i just credited in order for me to go and look out for my colleague to buy on my behalf ,then she refused to reserve the item.hardly after five minutes returning from the shop from fetching my colleague in order for her to buy that item on my behalf then i realized that the items that i intended to buy where nowhere to be found from the merchandise. I asked the lady where she has put the items and she rudely said to me i have seen where she had put them then i said they are not there.I held identity in high regard but now that has really changed.

It would be appreciated if you could request the store assistant lady to write an apology letter to me
