Disgusting service delivery

I am appalled at the treatment that i received at the Identity shop in Promenade. I went to shop and had an enquiry, one which needed an authorization of some sort. The only 2 people that were suppose to do that were standing in the middle of the store conversing. The cashier called authorization at the lady(manager on duty) turned her head saw a black person rolled eyes and continued with her conversation. After the 3rd time the cashier called i left, no acknowledgement from management, nothing.

This behavior is disgusting, i am really hurt and dissapointed considering i have been a very loyal customer at their store.
