Disgusting service at identity midlands mall pietermaritzburg on the 7th December 2021

I had purchased online and had collected my package at identity midlands mall pietermaritzburg, i had asked the cashier upon pick up if i could change size if it was a problem she said it would be fine

Today when i did go to just change the size another cashier refunded me for the purchase i had made online and wanted me to pay extra for the tshirts that i had chose when i told her that i just needed the correct size she then told me i could go pick the correct size. Then she tells me the clothes i purchased online was on sale whereas in the store its not. She wanted me to make a whole new purchase at the normal prices.

I am very disgusted with the service i had received and will no longer be shopping at identity because its an inconvenience for me to purchase and not even be able to change the size as she said identity does not do that.

I will also be putting this on hello Peter because this is ridiculous that i was forced to take a refund and then do a new purchase that i did not do or want.

I would like to speak to a service advisor to find out if this is correct
