Disgusting harassment

The Truworths or Identity company is the most abusive company on this country. My hubby has an account with Identity and we have bought there only twice. His credit limit so far is R500 last time he bought only a jacket and was supposed to pat an installment of R80 so we let it accumulate after all R80 is too little.now it is R170 which is due to be paid. We wanted to pay that tomorrow but the whole month truworths/ Identity calls have been harassing us .. everyday literally and every f..n minute call after call from a different agent to another and a different number. The most disgusting customer service. Is that how you accumulate debt on people by calling unnecessarily every f..NG chance you get? Do you not have a handover system on your computer to say what the conversation with the last agent was? Is that a way to treat customers and how the f ..k are we to continue buying there on credit? We are a family of 6 and that includes 4 kids which we would have gladly bought clothes for at Identity but it will never happen .the harassment we suffer daily from your company is disgusting sies maan.😡😡😡
