IDENTNTITY MALL OF AFRICA The most pathetic and disgusting service I have ever received, The manager refused to assist and wanted me to ise my own airtime to call customer care and head office what customer experience is that??,both customer care and the head office refused to SPEAK TO ME WHAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS THAT????.My ID was ****** a few weeks ago I came into the store with a Affidavit and Temporary the manager refused to assist we live in a Country with the highest crime rate Its bad enough i must get temporary documents how can a big brand like Identity be so backwards and turn customers away because they got ****** there is simply no human element.
