Disgusted by the service at Identity N1 City

Horrible experience at identity N1 City. I shopped clothing for about +-R1000. Got to the till one of the items had a sale tag on it for R210. 00, the person at the till tells me I can't have the item for that price coz that is an old price yet its on the garment.. He called the store manager and area Manager "Donavon" which refused to give me the item for the price which is got on the garment. I left everything else.. Disgusted by your service as an area Manager.. Not even trying to accommodate your customers. What happened to the price you see is the price you pay?? .. R70 difference you lost a sale of +-R1000 & a customer coz there's no way I'm going back you guys treat your customers like trash!
