Disappointment in Identity

So two weeks ago I left my Identity card on the counter, actually forgot and I left the store after making payment and purchasing a few things.Days later I was notified by Idenity that my card has been used some lady that was in the store and all my credit was used,They then advised me that they will be investigating and up until today they are still busy with the investigation.Yesterday I went into to the store to do a follow up I was then asked questions again asking where I left the card after I have advised them that I had forgotten the card on the counter. One of the ladys who works there , said that she is aware of someone asking questions about a gift card as the first purchase made was a gift card and then clothing was spent. My only dissapointment is, I have been with Identity for over years now, when I cannot get anything instore ,I request my size to be sent. What makes me more angry is the fact that they could see the signature was not on the same and the fact that anyone can just use my card as they please where is the security and how on earth can an investigation take this long and ask me the same questions again, making me feel like as if I was negligent. One of the ladys also said that they were too busy that day to recognize anything.MY WORD!!!!!! I am very dissapointed in Identity and was really not expecting this kind of service from you guys. With so many *****elent activities taking place, these are the type of things that you need to check when someone buys with your card or uses your credit card for instances.I want feedback asap, I want all my credit paid back and I want this matter to be resolved ASAP or else I am taking this further as this is your negligence..I am so hurt and dissapointed at the same time.
