Disappointment and Disservice

One of their employees had such a disrespectful and careless attitude. She was sorting out hangers in front store not in the storeroom. The noise was unbearable and irritating , when I commented she made an even louder noise demonstrating that she doesn’t care. She wasn’t even covered in a visor to show that she’s observing Covid protocols. A short lady with twist braids . She was at Bt Ngebs Mall Identity in Mthatha. Her attitude was radiating , she didn’t even have a name tag for me to identify her. I don’t think i will ever shop at identity again . Or any Truworths store for that matter . The supervisor was there but she also allowed the noise. And did not even instruct that the noise person moves to the storeroom.
