Disappointing service from manager

This rental shop has been my preferred retail store for years however I received extremely disappointing service from the store manager. There was no manager available on the floor to assist staff promptly when required, stuff had to continuously screaming for a manager to get assistance. I eventually had to go looking for the manager myself as I needed to go. Finally when I found her, she Casual walked out of the office and asked why was I shouting? No apology, no sympathy, no ownership not even an acknowledgement of customes.

I'm extremely disappointed on how she managed my situation and therewere more customers behind me waiting.
