Disappointed

A ********** account was open with my ID number my credit score was messed up two accounts were opened identy and Troworth account they promised that it would not affect my score any further because it's reported as ***** but I just checked my score it went down again and only one account was closed one is still open I'm so disappointed no one has even made contact with me till date. Something has to be done because this two stores are making it easier for ******** to use our Identity and you I didn't lose my ID
