Disappointed
To whom it may concern
I am extremely disappointed in the bad service received.I am a loyal paying customer but this is by far the worst service.
On the 31st May 2019 also few days later no debit order was processed from my bank account.
I was concerned as payments are deducted without errors each month
I've inquired via email as to why no funds was debited.The consultant whom rep**** advised the payment is only due June 2019.However,I am now receiving threatening e-mails that the account is in arrears
I'm beyond livid as the payment firstly didn't go off and now the consultant ****.I need this fixed now as I'm highly pregnant, on maternity leave and of course cannot just pop out money to pay due to your agents lack of competence.

18 Jun 2019, 10:18I've received a letter from Identity, payment was done now no one is calling me or sending a email to give any updates but they very quick to print letter's .
The last call I got from Truworths online team was 13 June 2019 and they advised me that it was a technical problem hence they debited me on the wrong day ,today is the 18 June 2019 I've sent a email to confirm payment was done it's now 3 hour's waiting for a reply from them.
