Delayed service
I've made an online order on the 10th of August till to date I didn't receive anything. When I'm trying to call offices they give me run around. Please why is it taking so long and worse the money is off my account. Truworths I ordered last week Saturday and yesterday was delivered. Why aren't your courier company call me when they come to deliver because others do. Please bring my parcel or return the money back to my account.
