Defective goods
I purchased a handbag a month ago from you guys. Currently the rubbers around the bag are peeling off. When choosing a place to purchase a bag I chose identity as I expected the bag to be long lasting. Its definitely not the quality that I have expected from identity. Really disappointed with the quality as I am a regular customer and this is the first time I have bought a bag from you guys

Therefore when merchandise presents with a potential quality issue, it may be returned within a six months from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented.
We are however pleased to confirm that you will be returning to the respective store to have the item assessed, and trust that this matter will be acceptably resolved soon.
