Thank you for your post and affording us the opportunity to attend to your query.
We have reviewed your account and established that your account was handed over to Van Deventer Mojapelo (VVM) who was handling your account on behalf of Identity.
As such, we escalated this matter to their Complaints Manager to investigate this matter. We were informed that the additional charges were erroneously charged to your account after it had been settled on 28 May 2015. This amount has been reversed from your account and a paid up letter was sent to you today confirming this.
We verify that we have contacted you today and you have confirmed receipt of the paid up letter, further to this an update will be sent to all bureaus to update their records accordingly, within 14 working days.
We wish to thank you for informing us of your concerns and would like to convey our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter.
Should you have any further comments or suggestions, please contact us on *** or via email on ***.
Kind regards,
Lynn
