Thank you Asanda and Phumelele at Jabulani Mall Identity... On the 6thMay I went there to exchange the dress but the size I wanted wasn't available. They went extra mile to check at other stores for me... I ended up getting size at Vaal Mall Identity

I was not sure whether to go to Vaal Mall the lady who answered and assisted us regarding the size, her telephone etiquette is lacking, she sounded bored and didn't even get my name. When I got to Vaal Mall I told her she can't talk like that on a business phone, but she didn't look interested instead her colleague apologized on her behalf.

I ended up going and got the dress and size I wanted, Thanks to Identity Jabulani.

And Thank you to the Lady who assisted me to choose that dress at Identity Maponya, Her customer service will make you buy more. I love it.
