Customer right not protected

As they know after everything the best thing they could do is to protect and make sure they keep their customers. But no they doing opposite. Im expecting so i had baby shower. There’s someone who bought me sleeping gown but its big i have to change to smaller size, gown was bought on store account but they refused to change for me. They need the person n we are in different provinces. I dont need refund but exchange size. You lost a faithful customer im 🥲also closing your account. Its good i dont owe you even 1 cent.
