COVID 19 horror
Why are you still using a pen to sign receipts in 2023? Was Covid-19 not enough to alert you to change? All your counterparts have since stopped using a pen. I signed a receipt today with a very scary pen at your Mall of Tembisa today, you need to look into this. Secondly, my wife wanted to buy boots, only to find that the zip is not working, they were trying to "fix" them in the store. Please tell them to return that reject or mark it down.
