Complaint

I am very upset. I am an Identity customer cash payer. I got a birthday R100 I went an bought jeans at @Identity Riverside Mall for R399 then I paid R299 as a difference. So following day I went to returned it to get a bigger size they as the original one was too small for. They said their system is down following day i went back told then that i need jeans even if it not the same one i went tried one that i ended up liking. Went back to the till. Then they told me they need to refund me before they process the other one while processing that refund the cashier ended up charging me for the second time now the same jean that doesn't fit me. So they processed 2 refund on my account now when i want to pay for the one that fit me they telling me my voucher is no no longer valid i have to pay full price i told them this voucher is valid until the 11/11/2024. So my question where is my voucher coz everything was reverse except my voucher.? Sent an email to their head office 6 days ago still no response
