We sincerely apologize for the manner in which you were attended to at our store, as this is not the experience we want our customers to have during any interaction with us.
We immediately escalated this matter to the Area Manager to investigate and address.
Although we regret your experience in this regard we once again thank you for letting us know of this as it has allowed the opportunity to us to address an issue of concern as to ensure a more proficient service in future.
