Cellphone got ******
WORST SERVICE!!! Sandton city identity.. the store doors were closed and we were 1 of the last customers. My wife had her phone in her hand at the counter. She put it on the counter table and proceeded to pay using my card.. the cashier said the card declined... my wife was surprised and turned around to me and I said "impossible try it again"... 2nd try the card was approved and I felt it was so weird my card declined so I asked to see the slip. And the cashier said "sorry it was not declined it was a connection problem". At this point we were the last customer in store.. as we walking my wife realize her phone is not in her hand.. we asked the staff members for help. They ignored and refused to help us and carried on with whatever they were doing... i asked to see the camera footage they said there was no cameras in the store, asked to speak to a manager. No manage around. I dialed the phone 24times it was ringing. As soon as we left the store, I dialed again and it was switched off... never stepping foot again in identity.......... until they call me and replace my wife's phone.....
