Carlton Center Identity (Johannesburg)

Today I was at the Carlton Center Identity Shop, and I received horrible treatment. There was one male staff member who was wearing a black jacket and stood closer to the door. That person gave us horrible treatment; he even told the lady who was in the till that we must go because we have drama. He was so aggressive about folding clothes. He is not a good person at all, and worse, they were not even wearing their name tags.
