Cannot calculate payment amounts

I had made a purchase of items which I had returned, I then made a request of a fashion delivery which was sent to me twice once at work and once at Canal Walk. I returned item and the store called to say that the item was sent to twice in error and the delivery charge should be reversed. Which was not done, the total purchase I have with Identity should be 625 40 = 665. I made a payment of 200 which should be above the monthly amount but I keep getting sms that I underpaid and when I call then the call centre says that the payment is of both jacket yet I returned 1. 665 / 12 eg 20% interest should be 133 how can your system say I need to pay 260.<br> I have great credit history and never have a problem with any of my accounts I will be closing off my identity account and never shopping with you'll again.

Hello zakskad,

Thank you for your post and affording us the opportunity to clarify your concerns.

We have reviewed your account and established that your purchases were made on a six month interest bearing plan and not a twelve month interest bearing plan as indicated in your post. Further to this we wish to confirm that statements were issued to you on 12 May 2015 and 12 June which indicated the payment plan as well as the amounts due.

We have further investigated the duplication of the two orders and found that the order was initially placed with one of our stores and a second order was placed by you on line. This resulted in both orders being charged and delivered to you. We confirm that the mentioned item was credited on 15 May and the delivery fee has been waivered from your account.

We trust that were able to clarify your concerns and are pleased to confirm that your account has subsequently been brought up to date with payment.

Should you have any further concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or via email on ***.

Kind regards,

Lynn

Best regards,
