Call harassment and inconsiderate

Identity employees have been calling me every day about my account in arrears. Been asked about my personal information which is none of their business. I told them I have been retrenched, they don't want to listen these guys ! It's irritating and unprofessional . You skip one payment, they haunt you like a dog! You don't call people to remind them about their debt every day ! You don't do that! Especially when they lost their job!
