Being Held Ransom because of F R A U D

Last year, I was notified about a f.raudulent transaction on my Identity store account at Parow Centre.<br> On the day, I went to a fashion request. It was later said that the request plus a purchase of R609 was done on that day while the cashier had my card. I then contacted the store firstly to notify them and request they remove the purchase from my account. They kept brushing me off by promising to get back to me but NEVER did. They promised to send me a copy of the slip they have for the transaction and also never did so. That was 5 months ago.<br> Then 05/03 I got a call from Lindeka in the ***** department who also said she would 'see what she could do' Naturally, I never heard from her again. I am now notified that my account has been handed over to the legal department at Blake and Ass for collection and that charges and interest are being added to this amount. And this is showing as a bad payment history on my credit record. I have never failed to pay my Identity account and have managed it very well. Every time I make a purchase I am asked to sign a slip. They cannot present me with PHYSICAL proof of this purchase, besides that it's 'on their system' SORT OUT THIS MESS PLEASE!!!
