being harrassed
Good day<br> I would like to lodge a complain. I have an identity account and when I lost an income for several months I made arrangements to pay them off each month till the account is closed. I have been doing it every month on time. BUT every second day even if I made payments the call centre belong to Anthony associates contact me continuously asking the next payment. If I was someone that skipped a payment by all means. But I told the one lady they are causing people to say Whatever speak to the hand because they treat someone making an effort to arrange and keeping to it the same way than someone not paying at all. Whilst I am typing they have phoned twice to my cell and twice to my office and I will prob get several SMS as well. I am refusing to speak to them because they just make my blood boil. I am near to the end of my account. But I will not give them the satisfaction in bullying in me to pay it up. Even the manager at the Local identity phoned them to stop harrassing me, they just phone from another number. One lady even kept phoning several times at night when I told her why should I talk to her further? Phoning their supervisors no help either.
