Bad service online (good customer service in store)
Ive complained before, and they called me to collect my card at the Heidelberg store. Went there and yet again they could give it to me and i had to buy with my id document.. Also they take very long to updat my account. Ive made a payment on the 21st of April its the 25th now and its still not updated
