Bad service
I went to settle my account on the 1 march 2023. I requested a paid up letter and was told that I should return to the store after ten days to find out if they could issue me with a paid up letter. I feel that after accepting my payment, why would they not be able to hand me a paid up letter. Your assistance will be appreciated
