Bad service

Am very unhappy with identity. My account was handed over and I did full payment on they online platform how ever they keep sending me from pillar to post.they keep on saying I don’t have an account with them I just need a paid up letter from them the number they keep giving me is they Truworths customer service and they also can’t help me
