Bad Service
Good Day,

I have an account with Identity. One of the Service Consultants from the Contact Centre in Durban, which called me from the number ***. It was probably a recorded phone call but I honestly felt that he was rude and he told me that If I do not pay my account by today as discussed, I will be receiving MORE calls from their department.

Also, they have been calling me since last week already, even though I have made arrangements with one of the \few"consultants that called me last week. It is so frustrating"

28 Jan 2016, 14:24Hello kirstenz28,
Thank you for your post.
We have reviewed your account and whilst we acknowledge that your account was being handled by Blake and Associates to do collections on our behalf, we mandate all our affiliates to always treat our customers in an efficient and professional manner.
We have therefore brought your concerns to the attention of the relevant management at Blake and Associates to investigate and address.
When an account reflects in arrears, communication is systematically generated to inform customers of the status of their accounts, as your credit profile is an asset and we would like customers to have a positive payment profile. We regret that through your experience it was not perceived as such.
We are pleased to confirm that your account is currently up to date with payment and trust that the attention afforded to your query has re-assured you of your importance to us and we hope that you will reconsider closing your Identity account.
Kind regards,
Lynn
