Bad service

I went to the Identity store at Birch Acres Square in Tembisa because I wanted to buy a dress for my birth day. When I got there I happen to find a dress which is white with lots of colored flowers on it, I wanted to fit it & I was told that I cannot fit one because its white in color but I explained to them that I don't use make up all so my chances of leaving stains or it are slim but still the shop assistants refused. So my concern is... "it's the store policy" so it they would buy something from a supplier can't they buy it in different colors so we can fit the one in a dark color? N I asked if I can take a picture of the dress and ask my sister to buy it for me in another branch and they still refused. I'm so disappointed in their service so in future I will never ever set my foot in any of the identity stores.
