Bad Service
I asked for a clothing item to be ordered from another branch as Identity Knysna did not have stock. I was told the I could wait 3 weeks at no cost or pay extra R40 and it would arrive in 7 days. So I opt for the 7 days and pay R40. Its been 9 days and still nothing no call I had to call to follow up. was now told headoffice does not know what the delay is and will let me know in another 24hrs???? really!!! they will reverse the R40 !! BUT its the bad service that gets to me. Not happy will be closing my accout. thank you.
