BAD SERVICE

I've ordered online & when the package arrived the shoe size was a 7 inside but the tag said a 1 and i actually ordered a size 1, so i don't know who packed the items as each item was packed individually so the person didn't look at the product properly. this is really unprofessional and you are putting me in a very difficult situation. o***
