Bad Service
<p> I'm very upset with regards to the service I received at Baywest Identity. I entered the store @ about 18:45 on Friday. At 19:00 a lady by the name of Kristy asked me if I was taking the goods I was keeping in my hands. I advised her yes i'll be taking the goods. She then advised me the store is closed and they will be locking the till. I'm very upset with regards to the service received and this is not quality at all. </p>

At Identity, we always want our customers to have an effortless and pleasant shopping experience and we are concerned to hear of the manner in which you were assisted at our store. We therefore escalated this matter to the Store Manager to investigate and address.
We were informed that, whilst it was not the intention of the store consultant to upset you, the matter could have been handled in a more appropriate manner. We believe that the Store Manager has contacted you to apologize for this and to discuss the matter further with you.
We are pleased that she was able to satisfactorily resolve your concerns and we apologize once again for any frustration caused as a result of this.
