Bad, ridiculous service

Today around 10 I had the worst experience of my life at Identity Maponya Mall, I went looking for a dress for a funeral on Saturday. I asked the cashier to help me look for a size and she helped me out but as I was returning the small back to the rail about to leave the store but still looking at other clothes then a security guard by the name of Tsakani came running to me me demanding to search my bag out the blue imagine he discomfort and the embarrassment front of other customers and she didn't find anything I then asked her why she did that but she raised her voice and sworn at me in front of identity staff. Im afraid this matter doesn't end here but I wanna sue Identity for deformation of character I swear Im taking the matter further
