Bad quality, holes in underwear

Good day.

I am very unhappy wth the type of cloths"underwear". Today i went to buy my son underwear at identity in greenacers, when i opened the pack at home one of the underwears had a threat(hole).. Underwear dont gt exchange but this is what we get in store.. Im very unhappy as i brought this on my account and will hv to pay for a underwear that have hole in, you are quick to send reminders to pay the account but the clothes we buy hv holes in and worse underwear dont gt exchanged very ironic as any underwear cn hv a factory issue and still cant be exchanged.. What am i suppose to do now as this will still be on my account.. I hv send pictures on the email of customer service..
