Bad customer service for a till slip

Customer service is bad. On the December 1st 2025 I made a purchase from identity maponya mall. I went there today 8 December 2025 to ask for a till slip reprint for maintenance court and when I got there. The supervisor or manager lady said they can't help me if I don't have an account. So they only do till slip reprints for account holders.
