bad customer service and lack of communication s****s
<p>I wanted to fit two white dresses and the staff at the fitting rooms was rude. She did not speak to me with respect. When I asked her to go into fitting rooms to fit the dresses, she was yelling at me for no reason saying " You will fit those dresses, make them dirty with makeup and you will not buy them" . I was too angry and i left without reporting her. When I phoned the shop few minutes later to complain, the person who answered was also not friendly. Identity clothing store staff @ Pretorius street in Pretoria need to be trained on professional communication s****s. It was not necessary to shout. </p>
