Bad customer service
I was approved on identity truworths and yde when I wanted to buy online they told me ABT 3months statements told them I don't normally bank the money I make from my business they said Der is nothing they can do dey will close da accounts I then said I get social grants and all my kids r under 16 I wanted to purchase Christmas clothes for my kids but according to them I don't meet Der criteria but I was approved in the 1st place
