Bad credit

My identity account i had for almost 5 years if I'm correct, there was a few times I missed an installment, but then the next month I will pay double the installment. I've been doing it a few times, last year December 2015 i paid double for the previous month, which was November, and learned that my credit was affected, in December the month that I paid, i received a call from a lady stating that I must pay as soon as possible, that was just after making the payment, the lady did not believe that I made the payment and the call was dropped. I emailed identity customer service last week about this, and wanted the name of the lady that called me that day and the said in plain word they will not be able to assist me, they want the excact time and day of the call. I believe that their was a mistake made by you guys and It need be fixed.
