Appaling service
I placed an order for a size 3 shoe and today they deliver a size 7, I call the customer service 4 times and on each occasion i am placed on hold because the agents are not capable of handling such a query. Finally i speak to an agent who says they will log a return but not sure when it will be picked. This is worst service i have received and i am a frequent online shopper and never received such terrible service for a service provider before
