Good day <br> I called into the customer service regarding a account query the agent I spoke to was today 13/08/2015 about 14:15 he was very rude at the point screeming at me asking whether I want help or not please look at your staff your are employee they not doing me a favour by helping am a customer to Identity I want somebody to call me regarding this

We were informed that the Supervisor has listened to the call between you and the agent in question. The Supervisor acknowledged that whilst the consultant was not rude during the call he could have conducted the call in a more professional manner.
We would like to apologise to you for the manner in which you felt your query was handled. It was not the intention of our consultant to cause you any frustration and he too has conveyed his apologies.
We can however assure you that this matter has been addressed with the consultant mentioned, to ensure that going forward, our high level of customer service excellence are adhered to at all times.
